An independent point of view.
Technology is useful when it changes how people understand a problem and decide what to do next.
My practice lives at the meeting point of data, technology and business strategy. I’m interested less in collecting titles than in asking better questions, making informed decisions and building enduring systems.
Technology is not the destination. It is a series of choices about how people work, what an organization can understand, and who remains accountable when decisions have consequences.
I am drawn to products that grow without constantly rebuilding their foundations: independent domains, shared technical capabilities, a clear understanding of data ownership and architecture that can change when the market changes.
The point is not to collect more software. It is to build systems that cooperate, retain their meaning, explain their assumptions and improve the quality of decisions. The connection between data, AI, strategy and product design begins there.
